charming stay!

great design easy access comfortable bed
I thought the room design was great. Accessing my room with the PIN was easy. The room felt spacious and the bathroom was lovely. It had plenty of space for all my things. I did sleep well in the comfortable bed and water, coffee and tea was provided too.
the receptionist didn't seem interested in helping me at check in. she was quite rude, i think, and not very helpful.

my room had a non carpeted floor. this. i also had a well equipped and efficient kitchenette. this was great.

the hotel provide onsite parking for £30 per night. i got a free room upgrade. the front of house staff was really efficient and that was nice.

good bed vegan options
The room included a very good bed. It offered great comfort for sleeping. the breakfast area was great. It gave us good value as we could choose vegan options.
the room lacked sound protection between the toilet and the rest of the space, a bit odd.

wonderful location friendly staff nice bar small bathroom self-closing door cramped space
the location was wonderful for my plans! the staff were so friendly and helpful . the bar in the hotel was really nice, i enjoyed spending some time there.
the bathroom was a little too small, i felt a bit cramped. the toilet door was only partially self-closing. i kept bumping into it!

charming stay, a few quirks

easy access spacious room comfy bed
i liked the easy access to my room using a pin code. my room felt spacious and had a lovely bathroom with lots of space. the bed was comfy, and i slept good. i also appreciate that water, coffee, and tea were provided. a mini fridge.
the light coming in from the library building was too much for me. the room felt a little worn, i noticed a crack in the sink enamel and a stain on the table. it makes it hard to fall asleep.

clean room central location
The room was a standard double and it was very clean. the location was central. It was only a short walk to restaurants!!!
